At Isabella Ibanez Photography, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy outlines our terms regarding cancellations and refunds for bookings made through our website, https://isabella.ibanez.one/ (the “Website”). By booking with us, you agree to this policy.
1. Cancellations by the Client
- Cancellations must be made in writing and sent via email to isabella@ibanez.one.
- If a cancellation is made at least 14 days before the scheduled session date, the client will forfeit the deposit but will not be required to pay the remaining balance.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the session will result in the client being charged 50% of the total booking fee.
2. Rescheduling by the Client
- Clients may request to reschedule their session at least 7 days before the scheduled date.
- Rescheduling requests are subject to availability. We will make every effort to accommodate your new date.
- If the session is rescheduled, the deposit will be applied to the new date.
- Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the session will be treated as a cancellation and subject to cancellation fees.
3. Cancellations by Isabella Ibanez Photography
- In the unlikely event that Isabella Ibanez Photography must cancel your session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible.
- You will have the option to reschedule the session at no additional cost or receive a full refund of any payments made, including the deposit.
4. Force Majeure
Neither the client nor Isabella Ibanez Photography shall be liable for cancellations or rescheduling caused by events beyond their control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or illness. In such cases:
- We will work with the client to reschedule the session at no additional cost.
- If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
5. Refunds
- Deposits are non-refundable except in cases of cancellations by Isabella Ibanez Photography or events qualifying as force majeure.
- Refunds for balances paid will be processed within 10 business days of cancellation approval.
